HEY THERE!

My name is Ashley.

Welcome to my online journal and creative outlet. Grab a cup of tea, browse the archives and stay awhile!

I’m weird when it comes to music.
Normally when I find something that I love my first response is to listen to it on repeat. Over and over and over again.
This is especially true when I find music that ushers me into genuine worship.
Recently, David’s Plea released their new album on iTunes, Becoming Less, and I cannot begin to tell you how blessed I have been by this new release. The album is overflowing with joy and God’s faithfulness. It makes me grin now to even think about how the Lord has used this album to minister to me.
David’s Plea is four men who love the Lord and use their beautiful gift of music to serve and worship our King.
In their own words, “If you have never had the chance to be on stage watching a group of God’s children pour their hearts out in worship, then it’s hard to explain what the Lord does in a heart when given that opportunity. We absolutely love it. We can’t get enough of it, and that is why we do what we do.”
So. Go support ‘em! Check out their new album.
